Upon accepting a role in Zurich the challenges of relocating had not dawned on me until after I signed on the dotted line. Even though the move was a mere 650 miles across the English Channel the logistical and psychological impact on myself and my family “reared its head” soon enough. Amidst the unanswered questions and all the unknowns Sandra Furrer came to our rescue.
We hit it off from our very first conversation. She has an extremely bubbly personality and a very positive outlook which gave me the reassurance that I clearly needed. Her level of service was second to none; she was quick, efficient and very accommodating. I am very particular where certain things are concerned and have very high expectations; Sandra was able to exceed in every aspect of the move. She thought about everything, down to completing the application for our driver’s licence swap, which was a year down the line. She went above and beyond to make our transition as seamless as possible. The thing I liked about Sandra the most was that she was very open and honest, she challenged me and clearly outlined the pros and cons, even though she knew it went against the grain, she was never afraid to share her opinion especially when it was in my best interest.
You can see that her work is her passion and she gives of herself freely, she is very committed to her job and makes it all seem so effortless. Her ability to engage at such an intimate and personal level but retain her professionalism is her gift and this definitely made the difference for me. I cannot say thanks enough for all Sandra has done for me and my family during the period of our relocation, she was indeed a Godsend. I can unreservedly recommend her to anyone seeking relocation services to Zurich, you will not be disappointed. She’s a star!!!!
